    To support the families of residents living with cognitive impairment, Chartwell Empress Kanata has a dedicated Social Worker available to provide orientation, facilitate family conferences and deliver counselling services.

    We encourage you to reach out anytime to our Memory Living Manager, who is on hand to provide the support you need and provide updates on your loved one’s happiness and well-being. In fact, one reason our neighbourhood has a wonderfully warm feel is thanks to family visiting so often. It isn’t uncommon to see family members staying to participate in an activity with a loved one, or out in the courtyard in the summertime firing up our barbecue!
