Eligibility and funding for memory care in Edmonton

To qualify for Continuing Care Home Type B Secure Space (memory care) services at Chartwell Heritage Valley, your loved one will begin with an assessment by an Alberta Health Services (AHS) Case Manager, who determines eligibility and coordinates and funds your loved one’s services at our residence. While care is funded by AHS, subsidized accommodation and other service fees still apply.

Chartwell Heritage Valley works closely with AHS to make the process of living with us as seamless as possible, helping to ensure you receive timely support as you ease into your new home.
