The monthly rent at Chartwell Carrington House doesn’t just encompass your bright and well-appointed suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: three nutritious meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation services, access to staff 24/7, and emergency response. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat in your suite so you can control the temperate of your private living space.

Optional services that can be added to your rental package include indoor and outdoor parking, telephone, Wi-Fi, cable TV, personal laundry, guest room rental, and much more.
