Our independent living suites in our main residence—available in studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom configurations—are perfect for seniors looking to enjoy active, worry-free retirement living.  On a dedicated floor within our residence, our assisted living studio suites are designed for seniors who require more support, as staff are available 24/7 to help. Next door to our main residence is our seniors’ apartments, available in a variety of sizes and configurations, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom layouts. They are a great solution for those looking to downsize and pursue a more vibrant social life with fewer household responsibilities. All of our suites and apartments are pet-friendly!

What services are included in a retirement residence in Collingwood? 

The rental fee for our independent living and assisted living suites include three meals a day, as well as weekly housekeeping. You can control the heat and air conditioning in your suite, and electricity, phone and cable TV are also covered. Your call bell system gives you fast access to support, and all washrooms have grab bars for your safety. You’ll also have full access to all of our amenities and activities. Linen laundry is included for independent living residents; personal laundry is included for assisted living residents. You can customize a plan for care services to meet your individual need for support. 

Our seniors’ apartment rental fees include a full kitchen, five appliances, in-suite laundry, and a patio or balcony, all utilities—including heat, cooling, and cable TV—as well as parking and bi-weekly housekeeping services.
