We are easy to access thanks to our proximity to highways 416 and 417.

Nepean is home to a mix of mature and newer family-friendly neighbourhoods. It’s bordered by the Ottawa River and sits within the National Capital’s Greenbuilt, so it offers an array of parks and waterfront green spaces for fresh air enthusiasts.
